Prepare honest, calm responses to the objections you hear most, like "too expensive", "need to think about it" or "we already have someone".

The prompt

Help me prepare for sales objections. I sell [PRODUCT / SERVICE] at [PRICE RANGE] to [CUSTOMER TYPE].

The objections I hear most: [e.g. "It's too expensive", "I need to think about it", "We already use someone", "Send me some info", "Now's not a good time"]
Why customers who do buy choose us: [REASONS]
What I can flex on (and what I cannot): [e.g. payment plans yes, discounts no]

For each objection give:
1. What the customer may really mean (two or three possibilities).
2. A question to find out which one it is.
3. A short, honest response for each likely meaning (under 50 words).
4. When to accept the "no" gracefully, and the exact words to do it while keeping the door open.
No pressure tactics, false scarcity or manipulation.

Replace every [BRACKETED] part with your own details before sending.

How to use it

Practice the responses out loud until they sound like you. Track which objections come up most; repeated objections often point to a problem with your offer or pricing page, not your pitch.
